Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During peak periods, public holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment online.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import taxes, duties, or other local fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist in checking the shipment status and investigating the issue with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
Some remote regions may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability. If a destination is not supported by our shipping partners, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
