Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • All original packaging and components must be included
  • Items must not be resized, modified, or repaired

If returned items show signs of wear or are missing parts, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable
  • Returns sent without approval

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, item details, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send returns to the address on the package.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer-preference returns (changed mind, wrong selection): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Incorrect or defective items: we will cover return shipping or offer an appropriate solution
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item, a refund, or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. These cases are prioritized for resolution.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations
