This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at TheFuMaster. Please review the information below before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- All original packaging and components must be included
- The item must not be resized, modified, or repaired
If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable
- Returns sent without prior approval
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, item details, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send returns to the address shown on the package.
Return Shipping & Fees
For customer-preference returns, such as a change of mind or incorrect selection, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will cover return shipping costs or offer an appropriate resolution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item, store credit, or a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. These cases are prioritized for review and resolution.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or card statement again
- Contact your payment provider
- Email us if you still need assistance
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it will need to follow the return process outlined above.
